Senior Director, Business Operations
As Senior Director, Business Operations, Maureen manages the daily workflow and senior staff activities within the organization’s headquarters, as well as the outsourced vendors, to ensure delivery of consistent, high quality projects for CIDQ.
With over 14 years experience working with both association and private sector businesses, Maureen has worked with a variety of audiences from Fortune 100 CEOs, to business owners/operators, to consumers, technicians and students. Whether dealing with associations or for-profit businesses, Maureen’s goal is consistent: To grow and prosper an organization and the people it serves.
Prior to joining CIDQ, Maureen was a principal with a multi-management consulting firm, The Association Partners (TAPS). Maureen served as Executive Director for TAPS clients, where she developed and transitioned small and midsize, volunteer run organizations to independent, stand-alone associations. Clients included the National Wildlife Control Operators Association (NWCOA) and the National Association of Plumbing Specialty Distributors (NAPSD). With TAPS, Maureen also served as Chief Operating Officer for several start up businesses, managing the implementation of best business practices and overseeing their daily administration. In a consulting capacity with TAPS, Maureen created and implemented programs for successful business development and strategic planning.
Maureen has worked in public relations and communications for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where she served as Manager of Special Communications and Special Projects, as well as for the American Association of Nurserymen (AAN), as Director of Education and Publications. Maureen also served as a Marketing, Communications and Public Relations Manager for the high-tech corporation, U.S. Order, which was ultimately purchased by VISA. Prior to The Association Partners, Maureen owned and operated a full service restaurant that specialized in producing private and corporate special events.
